Meri Rama

CEO & COACH

As a first-generation immigrant, I built my life and businesses from the ground up through grit, perseverance, faith in people, and a deep belief that doing the right thing always wins. What started as a personal journey quickly grew into a mission to create opportunities for others and build businesses rooted in trust, loyalty, and service.

Today, I lead and mentor a growing team of 90+ real estate professionals at Century 21 Cornerstone, where our focus is helping agents build sustainable, service-driven businesses grounded in integrity and care for their clients. I am passionate about supporting agents through mentorship, training, and leadership that empowers them to grow successful and meaningful careers. For me, success is measured not only by results, but by the people we help develop and the impact we create together.

In addition, I lead Focus Escrow, a boutique firm built on a clear mission: bringing focus, trust, and care to every transaction. Our team is known for concierge-level service, clear communication, and dependable protection that both clients and agents can rely on. Every detail matters, because every transaction represents an important moment in someone’s life.

My mission is simple: to raise the standard of care in real estate and escrow through focus, loyalty, and heart, while continuing to mentor and empower professionals who are committed to serving their communities at the highest level.

With more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mark Dolan brings extensive leadership, brokerage oversight, and transaction expertise to his role as Broker of Record. Known for his commitment to professionalism, compliance, and agent development, Mark helps ensure that every transaction meets the highest standards of service and consumer protection.

A California licensed broker since 2001 and REALTOR® since 1986, Mark has successfully completed over 2,500 personal transactions and supervised more than 5,000 transactions throughout his career. His depth of experience allows him to guide agents through complex negotiations, pricing strategies, disclosure requirements, and risk management practices with confidence and clarity.

Mark’s leadership style focuses on creating clear systems, strong communication, and repeatable processes that help agents operate with confidence while delivering exceptional results for clients. In addition to brokerage leadership, he is also a speaker, consultant, and coach, sharing time-tested principles that help real estate professionals grow their skills and elevate their businesses.

As Broker of Record, Mark is dedicated to supporting agents, maintaining compliance with California real estate regulations, and fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and accountability across the brokerage.

Accredited with numerous industry recognized sales awards and featured in Pasadena Magazine to be one of the top 200 Realtors in the area, Daniel is a prominent force in the San Gabriel Valley real estate market.

Daniel believes in setting the bar high by his tremendous over achieving mentality and love for his clients. He is sought out for his 23 years of real estate expertise and guidance from discriminating sellers, buyers, and investors from all over. His insider's knowledge of Los Angeles County’s ever-changing real estate and economic markets, raw energy and affinity for client service have quickly made him an industry recognized name.

Daniel finished 2024 in the top 2% Globally receiving the prestigious Chairman’s Circle GOLD Award. In total, Daniel has been recognized with awards in 22 of the last 23 years running. These numerous property closings enable Daniel to bring his vast experience when negotiating transactions on a client's behalf. Since January 2020, Daniel has also become a company Mentor to aspiring new agents joining our company to help guide them on their initial deals. Daniel's eye for detail doesn't stop at just selling real estate. Also being a licensed General Contractor, Daniel extensively renovated and decorated each home he has owned/sold, plus has helped numerous clients renovate.
